The backstory.
The teaching worked, but it only existed live. Every cohort was rebuilt from scratch in the week before it started.
What people were paying for was a person's attention, not a system they could keep.

The situation.
No two cohorts got the same thing. Materials lived in slide decks that were edited mid-session and never reconciled.
Growth meant more hours in the room, which is not growth.
What was built.
A modular curriculum with fixed spines and swappable examples, so a cohort could be assembled in an afternoon instead of a week.
Session guides, participant workbooks, and a follow-through cadence that carried people past the last call.
