Terms of Service

BLOC LOVE provides AI automation, systems strategy, and consulting services. The specifics of any engagement — scope, deliverables, timeline, and price — are set in a separate proposal or agreement we sign with you. Where that signed agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following applies:

• By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive texts from BLOC LOVE about your inquiry, services, scheduling, and relevant updates.
• Consent to texts is **not** required to buy any product or service.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

When you use our site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone's rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's security or operation
• Attempt to access areas or data you're not authorized to reach
• Copy, scrape, or resell our content without permission

We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

The content on acethevisionary.com — text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and materials — belongs to BLOC LOVE or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and use it for your own reference. You may not republish, resell, or use it commercially without our written permission. Ownership of work created during a client engagement is governed by your signed agreement with us.

We bring real expertise to every engagement, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your market, your team, your execution, and your follow-through. So we don't guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance. Our services are advisory and implementation support; final decisions and their outcomes are yours.

Fees, billing, and payment terms for any engagement are set in your separate proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Our work often involves third-party platforms and tools (for example, automation, CRM, and messaging services). We don't control those platforms, their availability, or their terms, and we're not responsible for their performance, pricing changes, or outages. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Our site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent the law allows, BLOC LOVE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or data — arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and hold BLOC LOVE harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
