The situation.
Youth leadership programming in the East Bay had energy and no structure. Programs ran on the presence of whoever showed up to lead them, which meant they could not repeat and could not scale.
What was built.
A seven-lesson curriculum (Practice, Passion, Position, Priority, Presence, Process, Proof), a facilitation model any trained leader could run, a grant pipeline, and the Talent Tour, a touring platform where graduates led programming themselves.

Why it matters
This is where the method was born. Every framework in the practice today traces back to this curriculum.
